American Express Centurion Lounge Opens at Miami International Airport

Oohlala, airport layovers are officially more luxe with the opening of the American Express Centurion Lounge in Miami International Airport.

A perfect place to recharge and reboot on your trip, The Centurion Lounge is a sprawling 8,000 square feet located in the North Terminal in Concourse D.

If you’re lucky enough to get access to the lounge (must be a card member) you get free:

  • World-class food from local James Beard award-winning Chef Michelle Bernstein
  • Beverages from renowned Mixologist Jim Meehan
  • Spa treatments from Exhale Spa, including massages and manicures
  • Dedicated work spaces with high-speed wifi and plenty of power outlets

American Express is working with a James Beard award-winning chef to create custom, local menus for the lounge. Chef Michelle Bernstein, Chef/Owner of Cena and Crumb on Parchment and Chef of Seagrape in the Thompson Miami Beach hotel, will feature her locally inspired, seasonal menus.

Access to the Centurion Lounge network is exclusive to American Express card members, and a key complimentary benefit for Platinum card members. Entry to The Centurion Lounges is complimentary for consumer, Business and Corporate Platinum card and Centurion members and their immediate family or up to two travel companions.
